Ive been working alot of overtime, come home and feeling tired. I honestly don't wanna work out. And now as the weather changes, esp when it's dark and cloudy, the last thing I wanna do is work out. I gotta push myself. I need motivation again. Any tips?

I agree with Chris, try doing the workout first thing in the morning. He is right, you will feel so much better the rest of the day. You may have to do this for maybe a week or so and then you body wants it every morning...Hang in... Namaste

That's a good suggestion. Rather than procrastinate about hitting the play button lol

Life is all about choices. Decide what is more important for you and make it a priority. The easiest way I have found to overcome that is just put the DVD in, press play and start. I guarantee you after the 1st 2 or 3 minutes you will forget about it being tired.

My trick is I turn off the arguing side of my head...no matter what it throws out as an excuse, there's another part of my psyche that says 'yeah, well do it anyway.' I remind myself that it wouldn't make sense to carry on a similar debate re: brushing my teeth, so why do it with working out? It works for me. Hope it helps you.

10. Workout Goal List; write down each days work out. cross 'em off as you knock 'em out.
9. Workout in the morning (before work); before the day's crappy weather gets a chance to 'blah' you out.
8. Put your left arm out, now your right arm out ... ENGAGE!
7. Buy an armored battle monkey whose sole purpose is to kick your butt if you don't get up and workout.
6. Think of the children, the poor little children ... without you doing YRG where would they be? Can you please help them?
5. Keep moving forward. Every decision has two paths ... You can either look behind you at what you've accomplished or look ahead to what you still have yet to do.
4. Right now, lift your left arm up, lift your right arm up ... Now you're in Touchdown, finish the workout! ;)
3. Live Life @ 90%, not in the 10%.
2. Watch this.
1. Ask yourself, "What do I *really* want?
