Hello TEAM YRG,

As my Month 3 weigh in approaches I thought I'd check in with you guys and gals. As you all know on June 8,2010I weighed 305 pounds. On July 8, 2010 I weighed 273 pounds! and on August 8, 2010 I weighed 245 pounds! I am just amazed that in 2 months time I lost 60 pounds and can only wonder where I will be on Wednesday.

I have been complimented by you Team YRG, Co-Workers, Church Members, Family Members, and Friends. I have never been so proud of myself and I can't help but to Thank God.

If it weren't for God YRG wouldn't exist. I honestly believe that God allowed DDP to start YRG and that he used my love for Pro Wrestling to let me find out about YRG.

YRG has become one of the greatest Decisions in my life. I feel better, I can breathe, and I can look in the mirror and smile instead of feeling miserable.

I was in even more shock when I did the Black Crow. Something I couldn't do 3 months ago. I have learned to get rid of the Can't word. Because I have and I will get better and stronger.

I have seen infomercials promoting Workouts and I just couldn't believe it. YRG was different, I saw it as truth and obviously if you see my Day 1 and Day 60 pics you can see that.

Now as for the food, I have tried Dieting and that is absolutely NO FUN! YRG makes the food and Workouts actually Fun.

Yesterday I calculated what I spent on Fast Food from May 2009 to March 2010 and I paid over $1500 on that Trash. I missed out on a trip to Israel because I didnt have the Money and where was it? Invested in that Trash! But that is the past and YRG is the Future of my life.

God has blessed my life once again with YRG!
