Wildbix has made it! Broke the 200 barrier. I never gave up. YRG is awesome! a half hour or so before work to get in the right mindset and shape and i kill the day, i am a warehouse warrior!
YRG stick with it and make it a part of your routine for sure!

I lent out my 1st edition (maybe you call them that?) to a coworker and gave him a basic spiel about how to go about the workouts, what to expect, and modification. I have helped two people get motivated and drop some weight, but im really excited about this guy because hes been begging me for the dvds to try it out and hes a a little heavier than the other 2 i have helped. Hey all! I been keepin it real with YRG!
I recently got promoted to a full time position (8+ hours a day) and im still a strung out college student plus 2-3 more hours, and im sure many of you are pushed to the max with daily routines.
I love diamond cutter and DBD, but it has been part of my morning routine for a while to pop in fat burner after i have had my morning coffee. 24 mins and you get an amazing efficient blast of stretching,cardio and fat burning!…

WildBix here! Im still around, school is finally over until Jan 18th. It sneaked up and overwhelmed me really quickly. I was forced to get tutoring but I think i did really well A's and B's! So i been catching the radio shows and listening to DDP and reading the blogs.
Just want to let you guys know im still kickin and all about YRG! I have actually been lifting and doing the eliptical and on the other days doing diamond cutter. I may not be able to bench press 300 lbs like…
