Some of you know that in addition to YRG, I weight train and long-distance walk. That coupled with clean eating (no gluten or cow dairy) have brought major transformation into my life. I feel like a kid (for the first time really since most of my childhood was spent dieting or bingeing and carrying around excess weight and lots of self-loathing). I'm able to walk up mountains and be Joyful about it. Never thought that would happen in this lifetime.
