Did Fatburner & Energy this morning. Was down 3.4 lbs at weigh in last night. Finally hit my 5%. Now starting on my second round of 5%

Stopping the excuses!

I am very proud of myself today!  I have been working out everyday before work.  Today I ran into several roadblocks:  the first I woke up late, 2nd being that I did something to my ankle and I could hardly walk because I could not flex my foot.  Third- I had to be at work earlier than usual and 4th, my daughter forgot her shirt for P.E. and I needed to get it to her before school/work. I looked at my YRG book and saw that today was Below the Belt.  I actually said forget it and turned it off…See More

Today's a brand new day!!!

 I love that saying.  That being said...I get tired of making excuses to myself and saying that everyday, which is what I have been doing for the past 6 months.  I decided on Valentines Day to LOVE MYSELF enough to recommit to myself to do what I need to do to be healthy and happy.  I worked out 4 days last week and was pretty sore but am starting to feel much better after the initial beginning.  I have worked out this week 3 days and I am really excited to do Below the Belt tomorrow for the…See More

Martina- Congratulations on losing the 13 pounds! Carbs are my weakness too! ---specifically breads and pasta. I can live without sweets. Initially I was happy thinking "there is GF pasta and bread? Great!!"-- the reality is, though it is better for you, it is still high in carbs. I have to watch my intake and try not eat any carbs after about 2:00.

That's a hard one regarding your husband. Angella (My Picky Eaters) or Stacey (Hungry for the Truth) may have some ideas. I'm afraid he'll get burnt out on the tuna and smoked meat if he eats it too much.
