i usually just do fat burner, red hot core or below the belt. this week i did fat butner/red hot core everyday while the others did double black diamond.  it's still a challenge, you just have to make the challenge your own

little intimidated lately

I have been more than a little intimidated by all the dbl black diamond going on here. I can do that, but i find if I DBD it, I am worn out for the next few days...I think I will stick to my energy in the morning plus another workout tacked onto it. I personally would rather stick with this another 3 years like Ive done with years 1-2 and sculpt my body slowly.See More

Back on track: January 23, 2012

Okay, time to get back on the weight loss train. Ill admit I fell off...lets just say broken tables and DDPYOGA push ups were very tough when i had a baby crawling around. Now that his nap schedule is on track, I can get back on track. I started this crazy journey two years ago when I weighed in at 310 lbs, now Im down to 256. I have been more than a little intimidated by all the dbl black diamond going on here. I can do that, but i find if I DBD it, I am worn out for the next few days...I think I will stick to my energy in the morning plus another workout tacked onto it. New year, new thoughts

Sorry I have been so inactive on here gang. My wife had some minor complications with the pregnency. The good news is that we now have a healthy baby boy. Charles Xavier was born on January 2nd at 11:30pm! He is completely healthy, and I couldn't be more excited. During labor I kept referring to YRG, telling my wife to HULK IT UP, and to close her eyes and focus on DDPs breathing instruction. It was quite funny, but it WORKED! 

 

It's been a full year almost since I signed up…

Okay gang, physically I couldn't be better, the YRG workout/food changes have been nothing but spectacular for me. In fact the next live radio show, I think I might call in!
Mentally though, things have been rough, ever since my birthday last month I have been feeling very depressed, stressed, and edgy. I worry about it quite a bit. It hasn't effected my real life yet, but mentally I just feel spent, really worn out.

Hey John, things are pretty good here. Just hectic and alot going on. Shoulder problems since beginning of April, and have had to lay low which is killing me. I took about 10 days off but hit it last night. Have to take it easy as now I realize I don't have to kill myself. I'm almost to the maintenance stage. I'll post more in a few days when I weigh myself. Congrats on the weight loss. That is huge. What kind of surgery?

I am here. Just don't get on much during the weekends as I am spending it with my daughter and now that March Madness is here, I am glued to the tube :-). And yes getting my YRG in does take priority as well.
