I have been more than a little intimidated by all the dbl black diamond going on here. I can do that, but i find if I DBD it, I am worn out for the next few days...I think I will stick to my energy in the morning plus another workout tacked onto it. I personally would rather stick with this another 3 years like Ive done with years 1-2 and sculpt my body slowly.

Okay, time to get back on the weight loss train. Ill admit I fell off...lets just say broken tables and DDPYOGA push ups were very tough when i had a baby crawling around. Now that his nap schedule is on track, I can get back on track.
I started this crazy journey two years ago when I weighed in at 310 lbs, now Im down to 256. My diet has changed completely, but I still need to kick things up a notch excercise wise. The good news is I didnt put any on, but i didn't lose anymore…

Sorry I have been so inactive on here gang. My wife had some minor complications with the pregnency. The good news is that we now have a healthy baby boy. Charles Xavier was born on January 2nd at 11:30pm! He is completely healthy, and I couldn't be more excited. During labor I kept referring to YRG, telling my wife to HULK IT UP, and to close her eyes and focus on DDPs breathing instruction. It was quite funny, but it WORKED!
It's been a full year almost since I signed up…

Hey John,
Great hearing from you. Well the move to Germany has messed me up in being on here as much as I'd like, especially with the time difference. Also was on the shelf with some injuries, but I'm back in the game now. Never was out of it but a few months due to the surgeries but now with working out, it's on!! How are you doing?
It's going great Jon! I 've been consistent with the dvd's 3 days per week and I feel SO MUCH better! I'm working on my diet so no really big changes but I feel like I"m getting stronger and calmer at the same time. Can't beat it!
