Fitness Goals
*The Short Intro*
Be excited to exercise, stick with it, drop weight, impact health conditions due to weight (OSA, BP, acid reflux), get better, feel fit, and live everyday.

*The long Intro*
Thanks to everyone for all of the warm welcomes. While I was waiting for YRG to show up from UPS, I got a head start here by reading the blogs, watching the videos and seeing what everyone has to say. I am here because I need to get better at who I am; for my sons, my wife, everyone that I can impact in life and me, and I can't do that feeling like crap all day. I've *tried* to get in shape. I've *thought* that it's going to happen, but trying and thinking aren't doing. I want to *do*.

Right now I'm 6'2" and 230 lbs. Not bad if it was muscle, but it ain't. It's a big fat donut around my waist. DDP talks about gravity, and with that weight, I am feeling some physical gravity. I don't exercise now. I love to eat, anything. I have obstructive sleep apnea, acid reflux and creeping BP. All things my doctor told me I could make disappear if I lost that 40 pound donut around my waist.

So, I started looking at programs like P90X, because a friend of mine started it a few months ago. The whole time, I am thinking these are a bunch of bunk. Who *really* works out like this who isn't already in shape or a professional? Then I come across YRG looking up DDP on the web. I was doing some wrestling research on DDP. It seems like people who are part of the YRG team believe it and live it. And DDP definately seems to do the same. I gave it a few looks and a few days and some research before I thought, "What the hell? What else haven't I *tried*." So, I'll try it. Hopefully, I can look back and say I *did* it, and I am *living* it.

Thanks for your story. I am loving DDPyoga. Getting stronger everyday. And now week nine I am down a total of 31.2 lbs. I still have about 14 to go. I love to run alot, but because of my bad knees I slowed down. What I see now with my body its getting strong . to the point where I run once a week with no pain at all. I owe it all to DDPyoga. DDOyoga is were the bang starts. +
