Welcome to Team DDPYOGA Adam!  Congratulations on choosing better health.  DDPYOGA is an amazing tool of transformation if you work it.  And this is a great community of support, without which I wouldn't be where I am:  185 pounds lighter and unquantifiably freer.  I was 345 when I started DDPYOGA and clean eating in January 2009.  It's possible. It requires focus, determination, and some sacrifice, but I feel so much better when I'm moving, getting stronger, and eating clean.  The habits I've acquired through DDPYOGA and Dallas' advice (he totally walks the walk, too) are habits I want for LIFE.
