Breakfast: Muscle Milk Protein Shake with Med Banana & 1 cup Strawberries

Snack: Cliff Bar

Lunch 5 oz Barbecued Chicken Breast Grilled, Med Banana, 1 Cup Blackberries

Snack 1 cup Strawberries

Dinner 7 oz Turkey Meatloaf with med baked potato with Turkey Chili 1/2 oz of cheddar cheese. 1 Small Cucumber.

Throughout the day I drank 1 gallon of water.

Breakfast Light Strawberry Yogurt
Snack Clif Bar
Lunch Hamburg 93/7 on wheat Toast with 1 cup turkey Chili, Med Banana
Snack 1 Bite of Chocolate cake (not a small piece, 1 bite for my friends Birthday)
Snack 1/2 cup strawberries
Dinner 7oz Turkey Meatloaf 1 serv of Mashed Potatoes
Week 2 Day 3

Breakfast Special K Fruit & Yogurt w/skim milk
Snack Clif Bar
Lunch Boars Head Honey Maple Turkey on wheat bread, Plum
Snack Granola Bar 1/2 oz of Cheddar Cheese
Dinner 6 oz Buffalo Chicken Breast Grilled, 1 cup Brown Rice with Smart Balance Spread, Salad
Week 1 Day 4

Breakfast Protein Shake with 1 small banana
Lunch 6 Oz Chicken Breast, Sugar Free Pudding
Dinner Boneless Mango Habenero Chicken Tenders

Very Busy day today, didn't eat as much as I should.

Lunch 3 slices of Pepperoni Bread, Large Apple
Snack 2 bites of Death by chocolate Sugar Free
Dinner 1 Slice Grilled chicken Pizza
