Breakfast: Muscle Milk Protein Shake with Med Banana & 1 cup Strawberries
Snack: Cliff Bar
Lunch 5 oz Barbecued Chicken Breast Grilled, Med Banana, 1 Cup Blackberries
Snack 1 cup Strawberries
Dinner 7 oz Turkey Meatloaf with med baked potato with Turkey Chili 1/2 oz of cheddar cheese. 1 Small Cucumber.
Throughout the day I drank 1 gallon of water.
